Prayer Stations
The Arkansas and Oklahoma Divisional Music Department is proud to announce the release of “Prayer Stations.” This album is a uniquely AOK project! All tracks on this album were written, performed, and/or arranged by members of this division.
“Prayer Stations” is an album centered around our prayer life. The album moves listeners through different “stations” of prayer. The songs themselves are prayers of thanksgiving, supplication, lament, praise, scripture, and benediction.
As DMD Andy Barrington says on the album artwork:
“As Christians, we know that an essential part of our Christian experience is prayer. In I Thessalonians 5: 16-18, Paul commands us to “always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” We hope these songs about prayer will help guide and encourage you as you strive for a vibrant relationship with your Heavenly Father. Use these in your personal prayer life, or share them with your Corps family – and remember to “never stop praying.”
