The following items should be brought to camp:
Twin sized bedding (fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow, blanket)
1 weeks worth of clothing, including a set you don't mind getting messy.
Close-toed shoes
Water shoes/sandles to wear to the pool and water activities
Toiletries (shampoo, soap, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
Towels
Salvation Army Uniform for all students and Salvationist staff. For non-Salvationists staff: White dress shirt (with tie for the men) and black bottoms.
One set of nice clothing aside from the uniform, to be worn on recital night. (Slacks, skirt, button down shirt, polo, etc)
Bathing suit (trunks for boys, appropriate one piece for girls)
Bible
Instrument (if student has one)
Any prescribed medication
Other acceptable items:
Sunscreen
Bug Spray
Snacks
Hats
Sunglasses
Water bottle
Flashlight
MP3 player
Money is not required at camp, as everything is provided. It can be brought and used during our theme park outing, but it is not necessary.
Items that should not be brought to camp:
Cell Phones or any device with data. Students can make or receive calls from the office phone when they are not in class. Staff members may have phones at camp, but may not use them when on duty.
Weapons
Fireworks
Alcohol or any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes
Inappropriate movies, books, music, or reading materials
Clothing with inappropriate language, images, or themes.
Televisions, microwaves, mini-fridge, coffee pot, or any other household appliance.
