Proclamation of Christmas
The Salvation Army Oklahoma City Citadel Band and Frontier Brass Band are teaming up once again for their fourth annual "Proclamation of Christmas" concert to celebrate the Christmas season! Join us on December 8th for this FREE concert that is open to the public. The doors will open at 2:20 with a pre-show in the lobby beginning at 2:30. This pre-show will feature the children's music programs that are offered by The Salvation Army. The concert will begin at 3:00 pm.
***There will be canned food donations taken upon entry that will go towards The Salvation Army's Food Pantry***

About the Bands
Oklahoma City Citadel Brass Band
The Salvation Army Oklahoma City Citadel Band has for decades been serving as en evangelical arm of the Oklahoma City Citadel Corps in the metro area and beyond. This adult band is under the leadership of Bandmaster Andrew Barrington and currently has over 30 members the consist of christian people of all walks of life ranging from teens to adults, college students, college professors, church members, and many more. The band is always accepting new players! If you're interested, join us Wednesday evenings at 8:45 pm and Sunday Mornings at 10:30 am to combine your love of music, God, and others! Frontier Brass Band
The Frontier Brass Band was founded in the spring of 2014 and is made up of university professors, educators, university students, and community members from the greater Oklahoma City area. The band is under the leadership of Artistic Director Dr. Ryan Sharp and Bandmaster Andrew Barrington. FBB is committed to celebrating the unique British brass band genre and taking a leading role in the community to raise arts awareness. Frontier presents four eclectic concerts each season performing a wide range of styles and genres and has collaborated with artists such as Vince DiMartino, Wiff Rudd, Greg Wing, Brian Bowman, and more. The band has also had the opportunity to perform three times at the International William Adam Trumpet Festival as well as performances for the Oklahoma Music Educators Conference, Oklahoma Bandmaster’s Association Summer Conference, and regional International Trumpet Guild and International Tuba Euphonium Conferences.
