Conservatory Staff Applications

The Salvation Army Arkansas and Oklahoma Conservatory of Music is a five week music and arts program held at the beautiful Camp Heart O’ Hills in Welling, OK. We take 80 delegates, ages 10-18, who participate in a variety of areas of study.  As a staff member, you will have the opportunity to develop close, nurturing relationships with our young people. The 5 week timeframe gives us the opportunity to affect change in young people’s lives and develop lasting friendships with the staff. The Conservatory program has helped produce many professional musicians, composers, music teachers, recording artists, church music leaders, and quality people in it’s 20+ year history. Dates of employment are June 9th, 2020 - July 19, 2020.
