Postponement of Divisional Events

The Arkansas and Oklahoma Division has will be postponing several events in as a preventative measure to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus. These are listed below:

  • DARTS (March 27-28) These rehearsals for Youth Councils are cancelled.

  • Youth Councils (April 3-5) is postponed until the early fall. Details are forthcoming concerning the dates, format, and locations.

  • Women’s Camp. (May 1-3) This Camp attracts women of all ages, including those who are most vulnerable to the effects of Coronavirus. Given the risks we feel that it is wise to postpone this camp until next year. 

  • Divisional Band Rehearsal/Concert (April 17-18) will be postponed until further plans are made.

We regret any issues this may cause, but feel that this is the right thing to do in light of the circumstances. We encourage everyone to stay calm in the coming months, pray for the Lord’s guidance, and continue to follow the suggestions of the CDC to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
