AOK Conservatory Student Application

Please use the form below to apply for The Salvation Army of Arkansas and Oklahoma Conservatory of Music and Arts. We accept delegates ages 10-18. Students who have attended Conservatory before should select their primary major (Brass Studio, Percussion Studio, Guitar Studio, and Piano Studio). New students should select “Beginner” as their major. All beginners will go through the "petting zoo" to determine their major. All delegates, regardless of level, can pick their secondary major after going through the petting zoo.

Once applications have been received, we will send out confirmation emails. All accepted students will then need to be entered into Adminicamp. Please let us know if you have any questions.
