The Salvation Army Arkansas and Oklahoma Conservatory of Music is a five week music and arts program held at the beautiful Camp Heart O’ Hills in Welling, OK. We take 80 delegates, ages 10-18, who participate in a variety of areas of study.  Five weeks of instruction allows for an incredible amount of growth musically, personally, and spiritually among our students. As a staff member, you can play a large role affecting these changes in the students lives. You can also develop lasting relationships with the rest of our team. The Conservatory program has helped produce many professional musicians, composers, music teachers, recording artists, church music leaders, Salvation Army officers, and quality people in its 20+ year history.
