Lifeguard Training

We need several staff members to be trained as lifeguards for Conservatory. Our lifeguards typically serve during afternoon pool times on Saturdays and Sundays. (All staff members are required to be in the pool area during these times anyway.)

We will cover the cost of your lifeguard training and certification. (Many employers require employees to pay approximately $300 for lifeguard certification themselves.) In addition, staff members who serve as lifeguards will receive an additional $50 per week in pay. Training is held at Camp Heart O’ Hills.

Your certification will remain valid for three years and may also be used for other jobs in the future.

Please indicate below whether you are willing to serve as a lifeguard and provide your availability for training. We will schedule the training based on the collective responses we receive.
