TMI Information

Travel Information

We will depart for TMI on Wednesday, July 23rd, and return on Friday, August 1st. We will make stops throughout the division to to pick up and drop off delegates. Corps officers must inform the music department of the stops they plan to use. The itenerary is below:

Wednesday, July 23rd - Pickup Locations

  1. 7:30 AM - Salvation Army of Tulsa: 3901 E 28th St. Tulsa, OK, 74117

  2. 9:30 AM - Salvation Army of Fort Smith: 301 N 6th St. Fort Smith, AR 72901

  3. 12:15 PM - Salvation Army of North Little Rock: 5100 N Locust St. North Little Rock, AR 72116

Friday, August 1st - Dropoff Locations

  1. 1:45 PM - Salvation Army of North Little Rock: 5100 N Locust St. North Little Rock, AR 72116

  2. 4:25 PM - Salvation Army of Fort Smith: 301 N 6th St. Fort Smith, AR 72901

  3. 6:00 PM - Camp Heart O’ Hills: 23122 East Salvation Rd, Welling, OK 74471

  4. 7:45 PM - Salvation Army of Tulsa: 3901 E 28th St. Tulsa, OK, 74117

Other Information: 

  • Delegates will need to bring money for four meals (two for the trip there, and two for the trip back). There is also a coffee shop on campus where delegates can purchase drinks and snacks.

  • Dress

    • Summer uniform is required for all delegates and staff.

    • Dress clothes for Recital Night.

    • At least one pair of jeans for Preview Night.

    • Enough clothes for 9 days.

  • Other items to bring

    • Instrument and/or other items needed for your major

    • Bible

    • Audition packet

    • Towels

    • Toiletry items

  • Bedding is provided by Asbury (though an extra pillow wouldn’t hurt…).
